Email the Xat support... if that tk domain link is leading to Xat. Otherwise tell Google. They should have a solution to it.
It's probably a key logger. ---> Definitely a malware.
It's best yet that you don't even talk to the people who were hacked or even link to it. Bad idea. People shouldn't be spreading rumors about it, especially those that link to it. This is better off classified until it's defined by Google or any site moderators of that chat. Mostly on a kids' site, more and more of them will be tempted to visit it.
